Adam Clode

Chief Executive Officer

Adam has a track record of developing resource projects from defined resource through to operations, across Africa, Asia, and Australia.

Graduating from the University of Western Australia with Honours; Adam started his career developing a gold asset for Newmont Mining Corporation in Ghana before moving to Site Manager for Equinox’s Lumwana Copper Project in Zambia.

Taking his career forward, Mr. Clode commenced and completed a master’s in project management while concurrently holding the role of Deputy Project Manager developing a Platinum Concentrator in South Africa.

From here, Mr. Clode took on the role of Strategy and Development Manager for RWE’s £850M Pembroke Power Station in West Wales and later became Director of Projects for African Minerals’ USD $3B Tonkolili Iron Development in Sierra Leone, spending considerable time in China with key offtake partners as well as funding institutions across Asia and Europe to secure over USD $2B in strategic funding.

With successful delivery of Tonkolili Phase 1 and shipping of first ore; Mr. Clode then headed off to Indonesia with J Resources to lead the development of their gold portfolio consisting of; two operations, three execution projects, and three assets in exploration.

Adam’s resource experience has covered a broad base across; studies, development, execution, operations, as well as corporate management having sat on several board positions as both Executive and Non-Executive Director.

Martin Cooper

Acting Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Cooper has over 35 years' finance experience including over 20 years as Group CFO of various public companies listed on the Australian, UK and Norwegian stock exchanges. In addition, he spent one year as CEO of REC, a US$600 million revenue solar panel manufacturer.

Over a long career, Mr. Cooper has developed a broad suite of skill sets of immediate benefit to KRL, with substantial experience in raising debt and equity. In addition, he has strong credentials in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and risk management; especially for fast growth companies operating in the Asian region.

Mr. Cooper is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales, having qualified with Deloitte in 1990 and has an MBA from Henley Management College.

Giuseppe (Pino) Perone

Corporate Secretary

Pino is a lawyer by background and has extensive corporate experience that stems from practicing as corporate counsel, as well as serving as an executive and director, for various public and private companies in the resource and technology sectors. Pino holds a B.A. from the University of Victoria and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta and has been a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2006.

Graeme Fleming

Principal Geologist

Graeme is a senior minerals exploration geologist with over 35 years’ experience in precious and base metals investigation within orogenic terrains of Australasia. He has participated in and led a number of highly successful campaigns from grass roots exploration programs (discovery of the Miwah Au-Cu prospect, Aceh), through initial diamond drill programs (Co-o Au deposit, Mindanao) to more advanced & mine development programs (Toka Tindung Au mine, North Sulawesi). Graeme is a member of AIG and holds a B. App. Sc. (Geol) from the NSW University of Technology.
